Basic Traveling Needs You Can't Leave Without

Every vacation has to be planned ahead in order for you and the people you're with to enjoy and make the most of it. Imagine the whole thing being ruined just because you forgot bringing with you a spare tire, your personal toothbrush, the keys, or some little yet necessary things. In our latest trip to Boracay, I learned that preparation is the key to enjoying the making the most out of it. Even if you don't have much cash with you on your trip as long as you know how to budget, your cash will definitely bring you far.

When you're going to the beaches, you need to prepare every needful thing and I've tried the best I can to narrow them down in just five(5) items. Some may say you could go and buy them where you're going or just borrow from your friend, well imagine borrowing a used toothbrush..haha.

1. Toiletries-top priority. You must make it a habit not to forget bringing along with you on your little escapade the most basic hygienic need of every human being. This kit includes your personal toothbrush, soap, shampoo, towels. These are just the things that you can't just share with your friend or companion.

2. Clothes-if you're going to the beach, bring with you the most comfortable beach clothes that you can. I've learned from experiences that you can't just easily borrow your friend's beach short shorts or her tops because the last time I did I had scratches on my legs because though it may seem we have the same size her short still became ill-fitted to me and so I was not able to enjoy our beach walk because my legs got sores. If you go camping then be sure to bring camping clothes with you. It would be better if you bring extra clothes as well. Though you don't want to encourage them to borrow from you but it will only give them a good example that it's better that they bring their own on their next trip.

3. Cameras or Video Cameras-Capture every single moment you can have in the place where you are going! Remember that it's not everyday that you're there. So be sure to bring with you your camera. I am not encouraging you to bring every little treasure in your house but you just gotta bring with you what's necessary. We never know, many tourists have been robbed or had their little possessions snatched from them because they just carry almost everything with them. Travel as light as you can but be sure to get those aforementioned items.

4. Optimism-In every travel you will encounter several trials, failures and tests but if you have an optimistic attitude along with you, everything will be smooth and you will be able to enjoy the rest of the travel. Be sure to get an ounce of prayer before traveling!






5. Extras-extra clothes, extra caution, extra money. Be sure to take some extra caution wherever you go. Don't leave your belongings behind with someone you just met, place your money in places where it will not be easily snatched from you. Bring extra cash, you might have tons of stuffs that you will like during the travel it would be frustrating not to be able to bring them home with you.

Remember that those are just some of the many things that you need to remember when you're traveling. Of course there are still other necessary things such as valid and legitimate passport, credit cards, identification documents. It's not where you go but how you make the most of the travel.
