So there's a good chance you've not heard of this before, but the statement "My nose will grow now" is a paradox. Think about it... his nose would have to grow to make Pinokio's statement not a lie, but then it can't grow otherwise the statement would not be a lie.
It's not really a fact as such, but it's definitely funky! I think he would spontaneously combust :)
