You can easily get rid from 5 kg for 7 days if not to deviate this diet! Certainly, a diet not for the weak... Is better it is tolerated in the autumn, but you can check efficacyy of a diet now.
DIET RATION:
1 day - dairy. 1 l. of Kefir (2,5 % of fat content) or milk, 500 gramme of cottage cheese or yoghurt. At desire you can drink pair of cups of grassy or green tea + honey.
2 day - fruit day. 1,5-2,5 kg of any fruit, At desire you can drink pair of cups of grassy or green tea + honey.
3 day - cottage cheese day. 500 grammes of low-fat cottage cheese,1 litre of milk or kefir(tea).
4 day - vegetable day. On the taste any vegetables: vegetable salad, boiled vegetables, paste about 1,5-2,5 kg., grassy or green tea with honey.
5 day - meat day. 400-500 gr. of boiled beef or a hen without fat and skin + vegetable salad in any quantity, grassy or green tea with honey.
6 day - dairy day. 2-3 packs of low-fat cottage cheese (250 gr.), 2-3 packs of low-fat yoghurt (250 gramme), kefir or milk, grassy or green tea with honey.
7 day - fruit day. 1,5-2,5 kg of fresh fruit, grassy or green tea with honey.
ATTENTION: to eat after 19.00 it is strictly forbidden! A maximum (after 18.00 o'clock in the evening it is possible to drink a cup of grassy or green tea with 1 teaspoon of honey!)
